Privacy Policy
Protecting Against More than Sudden Cardiac Arrest
At Annuvia, we respect and protect the privacy of our customers and those who use our websites. The following Privacy Statement provides details about how your personal information is collected and used. This privacy statement applies to the Annuvia website (www.annuvia.com), the Arch website (www.onlineoversight.com), products and services that are located therein, and newsletter/email lists.
Information Collection and Use
You may use our website without disclosing to us any personally identifiable information.
We collect personally identifiable information about you only if you choose to provide it. Our website offers opportunities for visitors to purchase products online, to register for promotional and informational mailings, or for assistance in evaluating our services. These registration forms are often linked to Annuvia’s mailing lists and require users to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this contact information to send users information about our company and its products and services if requested or necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time (see the choice/opt-out section below).
Customers who have purchased our AED Medical Direction and Oversight services, by default, will receive reminder emails for “readiness checks” and equipment expiration dates (for items such as, but not limited to, batteries and electrode pads). Such notifications are NOT spam, as they’re a component of Annuvia’s service offering and to be used to help our customers track and maintain their AED units in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and/or local and state statutes. Any personal or confidential information, such as email addresses, are securely stored and will only be used in accordance of our terms of use for active customers.
Our web server logs certain technical information automatically, such as the identity of your Internet Service Provider and your computer’s IP address, none of this technical information reveals your identity to us, and it is not associated with any personally identifiable information you may choose to provide.
Sharing and Usage
Annuvia is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will never share, sell, or rent your personal information with third parties for their promotional use. We may only disclose or report personal information in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required under the law. For example, we may be required to disclose personal information to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities, to comply with a legal process such as court order, subpoena, search warrant, or law enforcement request.
Links
Some of our sites provide links to third-party websites, such as those with relevant news stories. Please be aware that these third-party websites are governed by their own privacy policies and do not fall within this policy. Our firm is not responsible for the content or policies maintained by these websites. Please familiarize yourself with the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit, as it will govern any information you submit through that website.
Choice/Opt-out
Annuvia provides users the opportunity to opt-in, opt-out or change preferences via a link in the footer of most email messages. These options are made available when you sign-up for our email lists and in email messages delivered from our company. Alternatively, you may email us at info@Annuvia.com.
Some communications (e.g. important questions pertaining to billing or shipping information) are necessary for all Annuvia customers.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on the Annuvia Website. So our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
