Annuvia Expands Services to Chicago

CPR Classes, AED Defibrillator, First Aid Training, and Emergency Preparedness Training Now Available in Chicago and Throughout Illinois

SAN FRANCISCO, CA. 03/11/09 – Annuvia Inc., a national provider of CPR AED Classes, Group First Aid Training, and customized emergency response training services has expanded to Chicago, Illinois and throughout the greater Chicago area. Annuvia creates life-like training experiences and makes every attempt to break down the barriers associated with bystander inaction by utilizing the services of full-time emergency medical professionals.

Annuvia provides Training Services for the Following Regions:

  • Northern Illinois

o Rockford, Elgin, Waukegan

  • Chicago

o Chicago, Arlington Heights, Cicero, Naperville, Aurora

  • Central Illinois

o Peoria, Bloomington, Springfield, Decatur

Annuvia, unlike any other organization in the country, only uses the services of employees (as opposed to independent contractors), thereby ensuring a rigid hiring process and some of the most difficult training standards available. With professionals like Emergency Room Physicians, Emergency Room Nurses, Paramedics, Fire-fighter-Paramedics, and similar professionals with years of experience, Annuvia’s instructors incorporate personal stories and anecdotes with realistic role-playing to make CPR AED classes, First Aid training, and customized Emergency Preparedness Training courses fun, enjoyable, and informative – thereby leaving course attendees with the confidence and skills needed to respond to a medical emergency!

Annuvia understands that, in addition to the emotional challenges of encouraging bystanders to act during an emergency, there are frequently legal and liability questions that arise – especially as they relate to Automated External Defibrillators – AEDs / Defibrillators. Annuvia’s team of internal, full-time attorneys is able to assist with such challenges by working with organizations so that they’re able to understand the full impact of Good Samaritan and CPR/AED related laws for any areas in which they have offices or employees – including Chicago and throughout the Chicago area. Since legal aspects vary significantly from state-to-state (and even on the local city and county level) Annuvia’s ability to provide transparent legal interpretation becomes even more important.

Annuvia is a leading provider of health, safety, emergency preparedness, and emergency response services in the nation. The company assists businesses and organizations with emergency training programs for CPR and AED use, first aid safety training, and customized consultative solutions to create safer, more prepared communities. Annuvia specializes in streamlining national programs for many of the nation’s largest organizations.
